A Seaman's Wife's Story Of A Long Distance Relationship

The Ultimate Cream Cheese Flan Recipe

My sister and I actually loves leche flan. That's why when I saw this recipe online, I instantly purchased all the things needed. Check it out below: 🔻🔻🔻 Ingredients:  1 big can Evaporated milk 1 can Condensed milk 3 eggs 1 pack Cream cheese 2 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 cup sugar 3 tbsp water                                 Procedure: Beat the eggs and evaporated milk together. Then whisk the softened cream cheese plus condensed milk. TIP: take the cream cheese out from the fridge hours before cooking so you won't have a hard time whisking it. Then combine both mixture. Set aside. Meanwhile, caramelize sugar and water in a pan. Once you got the desired thickness of the syrup, immediately pour it on a molder or Llanera.  Next, cover it with aluminum foil then steam for about 30 minutes to an hour. If the flan is thicker, please steam it for a bit longer. Finally, let it cool for few minutes. Then turn it ups
