Easy Creamy Apple Pie Recipe




It's my birthday so I decided to make something sweet. Thank God, I found a recipe online that is easy and new to my taste. Right, I've never tasted an apple pie before. So, let's try.  Here we go! 

Ingredients:

For the Crust:

1 cup crushed graham
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 tbsp brown sugar

For the Pie:

1 pack All Purpose Cream
1/4 cup condensed milk
2 medium sized apples
4 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp Dari Creme
2 tsp cinnamon powder

Procedure:




  1. Mix all the ingredients for the Crust and press. Then, let it chill inside the fridge. 
  2. Pour the chilled All Purpose cream in a bowl and gradually add the condensed milk. Next, whip the mixture until thick. Then pour some of the cream to a pipping nozzle or if you don't have one, you can put it in a narrow plastic bag. Chill.



3. Wash and peel the apples with the core removed, too. Slice it for like 1/2 inch or depending on your desired thickness.


4. In a pan, combine the apples, 1 tbsp Dari Creme, 4 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tsp ground cinnamon and 1/4 cup water. Let it simmer for around 5 minutes. Flip from side to side to evenly coat the apples.


5. Now, get the chilled crust and arrange the apples beautifully according to your design. Once done, pour the cream over and smoothen the top. Then, put the second layer of apples for the toppings.




6. Lastly, decorate your apple pie with the cream that you set aside earlier. Chill for 6 hours or overnight.   Nom! Nom! Nom! Ciao!!!
