Juicy Chicken Hamonado Recipe

This recipe is so easy but it  just takes time to cook. However, once you taste the outcome, it is fulfilling because it is made of sweat and blood (figuratively, okay? Haha!) Let's start now while the night is still young!  Ingredients: 4 lbs whole chicken 1 can pineapple slice, liquid reserved 1 cup pineapple juice 2 tbsp patis or fish sauce 1 tbsp oyster sauce 1 tbsp calamansi or lemon 3/4 cup brown sugar 2 cloves garlic Tanglad (Lemon Grass) salt and pepper to taste Procedure: 1. Rub the whole chicken with oyster sauce, fish sauce or patis , a cup of pineapple juice, calamansi or lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper. Then marinade overnight. 2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Celsius or you can also use your turbo broiler. Insert lemon grass inside the chicken and cover it with aluminum foil to evenly cook the meat first without burning some portion of the it. Roast for 35 minutes per pound of chicken. 3. My Mom took home loads of pasta last holiday. So, I need to cook it or else it will just go to waste. I think on the three of us siblings, I'm the only one who's interested in cooking. My daughter Yuridia loves eating all types of  pancit  and pasta because she enjoys sipping the noodles. This time, I cooked Bihon Guisado since we still have a lot of packed bihon noodles stocked in our kitchen. Go on get your apron and cook with me! 🔪🍴 Ingredients: 1  pack Bihon noodles 2 tbsp cooking oil 1 med onion, sliced 3 cloves of garlic, minced 1/4 kg chicken heart & gizzard, cut into strips 1/4 kg pork, cut into strips 5 tbsp soy sauce 1 large carrot, strips 1 medium sized cabbage 1 stalk celery 1 green onion (scallion) 1 small red bell pepper 5-10 cups of water 1 chicken broth cube salt and pepper  Procedure: 1 .In a bowl, mix the chicken heart, gizzard and pork slices then add soy sauce plus pepper. Due to popular demand, I'm going to share how I cooked this super crispy pork belly lechon without using an oven. So, grab your apron and let's start cooooking! 🍴🔪  Recipe Ingredients: 2 kilograms of Pork belly slab For the brine/marinade: 1 stalk of lemon grass (tanglad) 1 stalk on onion leeks (scallion) 2 pieces of laurel (bay leaves) 1 table spoon of ground black peppercorn 5 cloves garlic, crushed 1/2 cup rock salt 5 cups of water For the fillings: 1 stalk of lemon grass (tanglad) 1 stalk on onion leeks (scallion) 2 cloves garlic, crushed For the glaze: 3 part of evaporated milk + 1 part of water Recipe Cooking Procedure: 1.
