A Thrilling Daytour In Canyon Cove | Nasugbu, Batangas

Amazing pool? Check!! Awesome beach? Check!! These amenities are on top of my list whenever I look for a hotel or a resort. I first knew about Canyon Cove Beach Club through Metrodeal. You can check it out if it's still offered on their website. The resort is located in Nasugbu, Batangas.

How To Get There?

From Coastal Mall Bus Terminal take a bus to Nasugbu, Batangas and get off to their town proper. It will take 4-6 hours to travel depending on the traffic. After that, ride a tricycle going to Canyon Cove. When we arrived in Nasugbu, a tricycle driver asked us if we wanted to have a special trip for only a hundred pesos. Unfortunately, they don't have tariffs there to follow. Or maybe they have but they just don't wanna follow it and they wanna take advantage of the tourists. I don't know! Basta! Lol. It depends on what you and the driver talked about. So, we agreed because it seems like we don't have any choice. Surprisingly, the tricycle ride just took us 10 minutes to our ultimate destination. Shocks! Ang lapit lang palaTip: If you're a group of four you'll still pay the same amount.

Finally, after a very long journey, we reached the well-known Canyon Cove Resort and Spa. They have an exceptional white sand beach shores fronting the South China Sea. Plus, the resort is surrounded by lush green trees and landscape. First thing the resort crew wants us to do is to register our names prior to entering and show the voucher that we have from Metrodeal. Once they gave you the pass, be ready to get wet and wild! 🏊

They have this ENORMOUS pool. 😱 I'm so in love with the pool really. But I'm more in love with the beach!!! Take a look:

The beach is clear and very calm. I bet non-swimmers will like it because the water is just shallow unless you go at the center near the buoy. 😂 You can get tanned and enjoy the water activities.

They offer lots of activities like kayaking. It comes with a fee of course. We blissfully paddled to the sea and witnessed the creatures underneath until our soaring arms can no longer move. It's hard if you're not a sporty person. Lol! So you get tired easily. It's getting hotter and hotter as the sun goes up so high in the sky. That simply means we have to get out of the water coz it's already our favourite part of the day: LUNCH TIME!!!

At Max's restaurant
Bringing of food inside the resort is not allowed. So, we took our lunch at the only restaurant in the vicinity which is Max's. They offer buffet or ala carte. We chose to have a buffet for P600++ per person. No regrets because we we're both satisfied with the food. Thanks Max!

After that super, mega, ultra heavy lunch, we just walked around the shore then stayed under a tree and just talked to each other to have more quality time. It's the best time to communicate with each other and appreciate the beautiful things that surrounds us. We indeed had a very nice experience here. We hope to be back there and do overnight this time with our daughter. Til next time Canyon Cove. Ciao!!!
