Chicken Macaroni Salad Recipe



Hello, I feel you mommies. We're the busiest during the holiday season. So here's an easy and healthy chicken macaroni salad best for the family. 

Ingredients


250 g elbow macaroni pasta (cooked according to package directions; drained)

250 g chicken breast (boiled and shredded)
1 cup pineapple tidbits
1/2 cup pickles relish
1/2 cup cheddar cheese (cut into small cubes)
1/2 cup raisins
1 small carrots, peeled and grated
2 celery stalks (chopped and cubed)
1 med sized onion (finely chopped)
470 ml mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste



Procedure




Easy. Just toss all ingredients in a salad bowl. Stir in mayonnaise, season with salt and pepper then mix well. Serve chilled.
